Biking & Picnic Package (summer months only)
With our beautiful seaway parkway at our doorstep, enjoy our His and Hers bicycles and go for a scenic ride and stop for a picnic. We will supply a scrumptious lunch basket for 2, with a bottle of chilled wine, and a soft blanket. This will make for a relaxing romantic afternoon! $25.00 per couple

Biking
If you are a bike enthusiast, then you are in for a treat! The St. Lawrence Recreational Path runs right thru the Seaway on our dooorstep, and you can enjoy over 75 km of paved pathways all along the St. Lawrence River! The path is part of the Waterfront Regeneration Trust Trail that stretches from Niagara to Montreal!
Water Sports
The beautiful St. Lawrence River welcomes boaters of all kinds. The Long Sault Marina and the yacht club are just 3 mins from our front door! Whether you have a sailboat ,powerboat, canoe, jet-skis or love fishing, the Long Sault Parkway in shelterted waters is the ideal place for water lovers!. Beaches and waterfront picnic areas and loads of campsites are on our doorstep. Located at the Marina is the Water's Edge Restaurant (613-534-2826) which is open from 6am and serve great meals for those hungry boaters and fisherman! Check out our carp gallery photos!
Golfing
If you enjoy golf, then pack your clubs. we have several golf courses within our local area. Upper Canada Golf Course and Summerheights. Your summer will be incomplete without a visit to scenic Summerheights Golf Links, a public golf course located just off Highway 401 in Cornwall, Ontario.
With two beautiful courses to choose from, reserving a tee time at Summerheights is never a problem. The experience really begins when you arrive at the course. For you carp anglers out there, your dreams have come true!

Fishing just a 3 min walk from our doorstep, along the beautiful St. Lawrence river will definitely fulfill your carp fishing dreams!
We are located in Long Sault, where the St. Lawrence river is considered a nursery for CARP by the Ministry of Natural Resources.
The swims are easily acessible by land, and your fishing equippment can be unloaded right next to the swim.
The scenery along the St. Lawrence river is peaceful and don't be surprised if you see deer , otters, beavers and eagles as well as the abundance of birds.
A day of fishing on our St. Lawrence river cannot be compared to a day of fishing on your local lake or river.
Fifty pounders are coming out a lot more regularly and the frenzy of rod bending arm aching action for 30 plus in one day is phenomenal!!!
Early rising and a "full monty" breakfast is all you need to start your day with the carp!
For you die hard carpers, we will pack a lunch and a flask so you don't have to leave the riverbank and the carp.
Fishing equipment rental can be arranged and bring your digital camera so you have bragging rights when you get home and show the pictures. We will upload your carp photos daily for you and process them for you on us!

Smoking
We appreciate that guests at our B&B respect the "no smoking" policy. We have a nice outdoor sidewalk table for those who do smoke!
Booking
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to confirm your reservation. Rates are based on two people occupying a guest room. 7 day notice of cancellation is required for a full refund.

Check In: anytime after 3 PM
Check out: 11 AM
Barbecues and Dinners can be arranged upon request.
If you are arriving by train or coach, or boat just let us know and we will be happy to pick you up!
